I am very disappointed that you make the getmyphoto access so complicated. I have followed the link your rep gave me to access my message and this has not worked because the screen where I have to put my number and password on the text message appears in very small font and it doesn’t allow me to enter the details.
So I have not been able to read my message.

Is there anyway you can help.

I have read similar message from O2 and they just make it simple and straight forward where one can simply enter their mobile number and password without much complex navigation.
