- You’ll be required to login with your username and password
- If you’re a first time user, you may need to register first
- If you’re an existing user, once you enter your username and password, click Sign In
- Once inside the portal, you can do a lot of things
What can I do with the Self Care Portal?
Among other things, you can:
- Check you broadband account summary
- Identify your broadband account number, in case you can’t remember
- Check your current usage and monthly bill history
- Perform bill payment direct from the portal
How to terminate / close the account?
